Check out the 'Roc-It' line from Hoist Fitness! Dynamic adjustment is what makes the Hoist Roc-It so unique.. when using the machine, the user becomes an integral part of the movement because the equipment is continuously adjusting the position of the user with the movement of the exercise. This gives the user unrestricted joint movement and many of the core activating benefits of functional training, but on a stable platform. The Roc-It line is available as Selectorized and Plate Loaded machines.
