James Brown | Co-Owner of Your Total Fitness Shop, Inc. James has worked in the fitness industry his entire adult life. He began by working for a fitness store in Kansas while he was in college. Looking for the opportunity to open his own store, he and his father (Craig) found that Northwest Arkansas was without a specialty fitness store. That was 1994...now, 16 years later, YTFS is Arkansas' largest and oldest fitness and sports nutrition store!
