Service & Repair / Delivery & Installation.
It's a fact that no matter what brand(s) or type(s) of fitness equipment you purchase, you will have to maintain it. From lubricating guide rods on machines with weight stacks, to lubricating the decks below the walking surfaces of treadmills. Who will be there to service your equipment, and help you ensure your investment is maintained after the sale?
We have our own Service & Repair Department [serving Arkansas, Oklahoma, Southeastern Kansas and Southern Missouri], composed of professional, trained technicians, to provide customers with services on behalf of manufacturers of the equipment for both commercial and residential settings. We staff 15 Service & Delivery Technicians! None of our competitors have as many people working to professionally install and service your equipment as we do. And our track record speaks for itself! We are the only retailer of our kind to remain in business in Arkansas...and for over 15 years!

Important Preventative Maintenance Suggestions:
Treadmills - |
Lubricate decks twice yearly in residential settings and up to once a month in heavy use commercial settings. Like an oil change for your car keeps it running smoothly, this procedure will keep your treadmill running for years! Before lubrication, consult your owners manual to find out exactly what kind of lubricant is recommended by the manufacturer. YTFS keeps the two most common treadmill lubricants in stock.
|
Ellipticals - |
Clean ramps / rails / wheels (skates) after each use to maximize performance; prevents squeaks from developing and prevents pits from forming on skate assembly which would make equipment feel rough in use. We recommend you use a clean, damp cloth to clean rails. Use a non-abrasive, non-ammonia formula cleaning solution if necessary.
|
Strength Equipment - |
Lightly lubricate guide rods (for weight stack) twice yearly (or as needed) in residential settings, and up to once a month in heavy use commercial settings with a synthetic motor oil (no odor, does not evaporate). Inspect each cable and pulley once monthly for damage or wear; replace as needed. Inspect handles and attachments for wear; replace as needed. |
Following the above suggested procedures will ensure safe and lasting function of your equipment no matter what the setting.
We also offer service contracts for fitness equipment of all types and in any setting. Give us a call today to schedule a consultation!
